Pisces as your Moon sign

Lagna — the body and the life's direction
Pisces rising
A Pisces ascendant gives a soft, dreamy, kind presence; others feel understood in their company.
Vedic astrology reads the Moon sign and the ascendant before the Sun sign. Both depend on the exact time and place of birth — NAMOH works them out from yours.

The nakshatras of Pisces
Thirty degrees, nine padas. Where your Moon falls along this span decides which nakshatra colours your Pisces Moon — and which planet's dasha your life begins in.
Lordship
Jupiter, lord of Pisces
Pisces takes its colour from Jupiter (Guru). Wherever Jupiter sits in your chart shows where the affairs of your Pisces house are carried out.
Venus is exalted here — at the height of its strength.
Mercury is debilitated here, and has to work harder to give its results.

One strand of Guna Milan compares the rulers of two Moon signs. It is a first reading only: a full match weighs all eight kootas, from nakshatra to nadi.
Questions
Pisces, briefly answered
Who rules Pisces in Vedic astrology?
Pisces (Meena) is ruled by Jupiter (Guru). It is a feminine, dual water sign.
What are the Pisces dates in Vedic astrology?
In the sidereal zodiac used in Vedic astrology, the Sun passes through Pisces from about 15 Mar – 13 Apr, give or take a day each year. Vedic astrology gives more weight to the Moon sign and the ascendant than to the Sun sign, and those depend on the exact time and place of birth.
Which nakshatras fall in Pisces?
Purva Bhadrapada (1 pada), Uttara Bhadrapada and Revati. Together they make up Pisces's thirty degrees, nine padas in all.
Which planets are strong or weak in Pisces?
Venus is exalted in Pisces and Mercury is debilitated in Pisces. Exaltation lets a planet give its best results; debilitation asks more of it.
